Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used lash products.

We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases.

 

Faulty or Damaged Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at:

Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
