Q: How long do they last?
Each pair is reusable for up to 1 year with proper care.

Q: Can I wear them every day?
Absolutely! Our lashes are designed to be lightweight and comfy enough for daily use.

 

Delivery & Returns

Q: Do you ship within New Zealand?
Yes — we ship NZ-wide.

Q: How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery times vary by location.

Q: Is shipping free?
Standard NZ shipping is $6.70 
Spend $100 or more and we’ll ship your order free ✨

Q: What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please email us at hello@bambabeauty.co.nz within 7 days and we’ll make it right.

Q: Can I return my lashes?
Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used lash products.

We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases.
