We currently ship New Zealand–wide only.
Standard NZ Delivery
- Standard NZ shipping is $6.70
- Free Shipping on orders $80 and over.
- Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Most orders arrive within 2–5 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Returns & Refunds
Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used lash products.
We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases.
Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at:
